These photographs were taken in October 2017. The project was initiated by observing several female characters in my life struggling with career decisions and their age in terms of being a mother one day.
Project "Dissolved" tries to embody this struggle. The power of women to be just above the surface, but yet not visible when need be. To be strong and driven, but yet elegant and warm. Expectations from society became even more profound with emancipation and women need to struggle to not get carried away, but stay somewhere in-between. A good mother and a fulfilled career woman. A strong character, but a fragile lady-like figure. To be a safety net for those who need them, but invisible to others.

This is my creative embodiment of this space inbetween.
